Core Centering
Why
When stressed, have you noticed thinking or acting in ways you later regret or question? Have you noticed holding tension in your body?
Excessive stress knocks your nervous system out of balance and when stress is prolonged, those nervous system changes become ingrained, which affects your body, emotions, and mental states. The most effective way to rebalance your nervous system, relieve your distress, and return to a state of mind, body, heart coherence is through body-centered strategies like Core Centering.
Core Centering, a somatic exercise, is structured to reset the nervous system based on how our body and brain coordinates most optimally.
Our Course
Core Centering includes 4 primary elements:
Breathwork. Movement. Self-Massage. Meditation.
Each session focuses on cultivating a specific awareness and provides tools you can access to optimize daily life and flow with greater ease — whether between or in meetings, during your commute, transitioning from work to personal life or vice versa, parenting, the list goes on!

Summer Creation Series
